The world's first vegan and gluten-free Greek restaurant!
We think of Greece and beautiful images of the wonderful olive trees, the beautiful coasts, the warm people, the warm sun. The world is changing and so are our eating habits. Meat consumption must be reduced in order to protect our planet, but food intolerances are also increasing rapidly. The decision to create a vegan and gluten-free concept was therefore an obvious one. We also made a conscious decision not to work with meat substitutes but to explore the natural vegan cuisine of Greece. People on the island of Ikaria live to an above-average age, not least because of their vegan diet. Greek cuisine has a huge selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes based on beans, vegetables, rice, fresh herbs, lemon, olives... Come and see for yourself!
